Hope is not just a name; it's a reminder that no matter how challenging life may have been, there's always room for transformation and renewal. This has been Hope's journey while at SCAR.

"I have happy staffy full body wiggle energy! You will love seeing me smiling and wiggling every time you come home. I'm just a big snuggle-bug once you get to know me. I love nothing more than to sleep with my head next to you while we hang out on the couch.
I've been told my cheeks flap so sweetly when I snore and that I make bubbles at the sides of my mouth while excitedly but politely waiting for my breakfast and dinner.
I am looking for people who will enjoy spending time and their lives with me. If you can walk me daily and have time for cuddles, I will be happiest dog in the whole wide world! And I will return your love twice over!"

As Hope hasn't had an ideal life up until this point, she will need dedicated owners who are happy to keep her world small. Hope is looking for a pet free home and one where her people are understanding that she will take time to warm up to them. After what she has been through, she does not want to meet other dogs but is so food motivated, she can be trained to ignore them.

Hope has some arthritis that is being managed through joint supplements, proper nutrition and injections. She does need some help feeling okay at the vet as this isn't something she is used to. Our team are happy to support you with this.
