Bluey

Hi there, I'm Bluey - it's so nice to meet you!

I'm a beautiful young Husky pup looking for my forever family who will teach me all about life and the big wide world! I'd love an active family who is experienced with dogs and has knowledge about what us Huskies are like as we have typical breed traits and personalities that the average dog lover may not know how to handle. I would love a family that would be keen to take me on daily walks as I'm a high energy breed as well as provide me with mental stimulation.

I really enjoy mental stimulation in the form of enrichment so things like kongs, boxes, snuffle mats, ice blocks just to name a few! My family will need to understand I will need ongoing training to make me the best pup there is! This is also a great bonding experience for us too. My backyard will need to be big enough for me to do some crazy zoomies when I feel the need to let my husky energy out.

During my time at shelter, I have met lots of doggy friends and absolutely love other dogs so if you already have a fur baby at home, please bring them with you if you would like to meet me to ensure we will become the best of friends! Due to my breed and huskies typical high prey drive, it is best I go to a home with no pocket pets or cats so I don't chase them. If I sound like the pawfect pup for you, please come and meet me as soon as you can!
