Hi my name is Kyanite. I'm a Catahoula x Bull Terrier with the most beautiful blue eyes and inquisitive head tilts that will melt your heart, well if I do say so myself. My sleeping positions are also pretty entertaining, or so I've been told.

I have spent my time in foster care playing with the 2 resident dogs and I would love to find a forever home where I will have a furry playmate. There is also a cat that lives here but I'm not fazed by her. I would also love someone who is home more often than not as I tend to help myself to things around the house and yard if I'm left alone for too long.

I am a smart boy who knows how to sit and stay on command and do my toileting outside. I'm getting better at walking on lead but will need someone who has the patience to work with me more on this.

I love spending time outdoors laying in the sun, so I will need you to put sunscreen no my pink piglet nose, to keep it from getting burnt. I also love to play tug-a-war, fetch, chasey, going for walks and most of all I also love to curl up and snuggle on the couch.

Oh, and just one more thing I should mention about myself. My hearing isn't so good. I'm not deaf, I can hear loud noises like my foster siblings barking or a loud sneeze but if you try to talk to me and I appear to be ignoring you, I promise I'm not being naughty, I just can't hear you. A gentle tap on my bottom and you will get my full attention.
