Pesto

Pesto is a big, beautiful boy looking for just the right home!

Despite his size, Pesto is a very nervous boy and will need his new humans to take it slow with him and help introduce him to new environments and people.

He will be suited to an adults-only home as he does like to take his space when needed and needs a quiet home where he will be given lots of time and patience. His new humans will need to work with him to grow his confidence and show him how good life can be. He will also need a big strong family as he does not know his own strength and will need someone who can comfortably control him on lead. He does become quite over-excited when its time for a walk, so we highly encourage regular lead training to encourage him to walk with manners.

Pesto is a big boy who would prefer to be the only dog in the home as other dogs are too much for him and he wants to be the centre of your world.

Pesto is a very large dog therefore needs a spacious home with a big secure backyard so he can explore and have his space but also welcomed inside to be part of the family, therefore he is not suitable for an apartment. He loves to play and he wants to show off his zoomies to his human pals, ideally his new adopter/s will understand his excitable nature and the team can give you some tips and tricks on how to keep him feeling cool, calm and collected.

We know that with some love, understanding and patience Pesto can flourish into the best boy.

Pesto is a sweet boy and we can't wait to see him settled into the perfect home for him with his perfect new humans.
