Summit’s story doesn’t start out so great, but it gets better, and will be at its best when she finds a home she can call her own!

Summit found herself at the pound with her 4 siblings, half the body weight of what they should have been for their age. Malnourished, starving. Unfortunately one of her siblings didn’t make it, despite the best efforts of the vet.

This is where Starting Over Dog Rescue comes in! Summit and her 3 siblings moved into foster care where food, love and cuddles were plentiful and she and her siblings began to flourish.

Summit is a social little butterfly, tail always wagging when meeting new people, and is absolutely hanging out for another dog to play with. She is the most interested out of her siblings to hang out with the resident dog who unfortunately doesn’t always reciprocate the love!

She is a clever little lady who cannot wait for someone to give her some one on one training and attention and help her to become the best dog she can be!
