About 🥜Peanut🥜
Meet Peanut 🥜, an adorable Persian cat who is on the cusp of turning three years old next month. Peanut is a goofy, curious young man who likes to seek out people and shower them with gentle purrs and cuddles.
Even though he is a snuggly boy, playtime is really when Peanut shines. He loves all kinds of toys, especially those that move around for him to chase.
Peanut came into care with Nushka but she finds his exuberance annoying and he prefers to play with friends who are more welcoming. A similarly playful feline in his new home would make him very happy. He hasn’t ever met a dog but he may be okay with a small to medium proven cat-friendly pupper with the right introduction.
This sweet boy had to be clipped when he arrived as it was in a shocking state. He will need a home committed to grooming him to ensure that he doesn’t end up with painful matts. He also wouldn’t mind being clipped back a couple of times a year as the reality of a full Persian coat is just a little too much for him to maintain. He is tolerant of having his face cleaned but his new home will need to keep up with this to ensure his eyes stay healthy and clean.
Peanut is eagerly waiting for the right person or family to open their hearts and home to him but would prefer either an all adult home or one with kind teenage kids who can respect his boundaries. If you're a dedicated and loving family who can appreciate Peanut's cuddles and playfulness, he could be the perfect companion for you.
