Avari is a very small (he only weighs 2.7kg) & delightful older gentleman looking for a very quiet house and a soft bed for his retirement. He also would need to have some one home most of the time as he does seem to get upset if you are gone all day. He also needs to be an inside dog.

He can see but it appears to be limited and he would not be suitable for anyone that may trip on him as he can get under your feet sometimes. He also seems to be slightly deaf. He is currently living with 2 small dogs and a cat and is fine with them. He would happily live with either again as long as they are not in his face and leave him alone.

Avari is not toilet trained (probably due to his age) but if you take him outside he will go to the toilet. Please consider this if applying for him as you do need to take him outside on a regular basis.

Even though Avari does have these age related issues, he still has a lot of spunk still left in him & will tell you when he is hungry & will bark at you!
