About Nossi *On Trial in His New Home*
*TRIALLING HIS NEW HOME* Meet Nossi! This 43kg goofball is sure to bring a lot of love and joy into your home :)
Nossi had a shockingly sad start after he and his fur buddy were abandoned in a rural pound drop off pen. They were dreadfully malnourished, and his friend needed blood transfusions, but sadly she was too emaciated and passed away :( Nossi's body score was so low that the pound held him for over 3 months and put in the hard yards to get his condition up to where it should be.
Despite what he's been through Nossi is an incredibly happy dog who loves playing with kids (older children as he forgets his size!), going for car rides, taking long walks and laying in the sun. He’s also great with other dogs and loves getting loads of attention!
Even though Nossi hails from rural NSW with no previous history, he has already proven to be house-trained and eager to learn more. However, he hasn’t been tested around cats so it would be best to keep an eye on him while introducing him to new animals. With the help of our vets we've guesstimated his breed as a Mastiff cross but who really knows - a DNA test could be in his future!
Nossi would love a home where he can enjoy an indoor/outdoor life with another dog for company if his humans work long hours.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
