Marilyn is a gorgeous girl on the inside and out, she is constantly being overlooked because she is a little shy, an adult and black and white (black and white cats are incredibly hard to rehome, we don’t know why).

She is amazing with other cats, loves them! She’s a little sweet-heart who is shy, placid and just enjoys watching the world go by.

Marilyn loves to have cuddle time on her foster carers bed and has really come out of her shell! She’s just a little confused why no one wants her and so are we.

We just desperately need someone who loves cats to take her on and give her the life she so deserves! No cat likes to have the “longest in care” title. There is absolutely nothing wrong with her, she’s just a little shy.

It’s hard for the introverted cats, people so often say “the cat chooses the human”, “we want to feel an instant connection”, “we want a lap cat and she isn’t sitting on our lap”…what people need to understand is most cats take time, they are nervous and take time to warm up. Often the most scared cats have the most love to offer. Most people wouldn’t hug a stranger and tell them you love…neither do cats.

Please consider why cat, a long term cat, one who is being over looked..they really do have so much love to give and so deserving of a family.
