About Vincent - 3 Month Old Kelpie X (Trial)
Although those magnificent ears say ‘puppy party’, Vincent is a quiet achiever, a bit of a thinker. He’ll ponder his playmates before deciding if he wants to play chasings with them, or go off and do his own thing. After he’s had his play, he’ll melt into your arms after asking for a cuddle. Bliss!!
Typically puppy, he plays at full speed then takes a well-earned nap. Then it will be feed time, play, rest, and repeat! He is food motivated, so learns well from reward training.
Because he loves to climb onto his foster carers lap for cuddles, its best if Vincent goes to a home where interaction with their human family is encouraged. He needs to sleep inside and be allowed in the house at all times as he really wants to bond with his human family.
A very sociable boy, he would love to have a sibling to play with. But he has shown no signs of separation anxiety so would probably be OK in a home without another dog as long as he gets enough other stimulation from kids or doting parents. In fact, he’s altogether a pretty chilled little dude so should adapt well to most family scenarios including outings to cafes, social walks and doggie play dates.
It’s expected he’ll be about the size of a smaller Kelpie, but this is not a guarantee as his lineage is a bit of a mystery.
