About Pippa
Pippa is an intelligent dog who loves using her mind and learning new things. She is very loving and also quite independent. Pip adores food and will do anything to earn a treat. She also loves to step up on the lounge and get on your lap for cuddles. She forgets that she is no longer a small pup but 35 kgs!
Pippa is a confident and adventurous dog. She enjoys exploring the outdoors and prefers sniffing around the property rather than inside on the couch. That's not to say she doesn't enjoy a soft, comfy bed and some personal peace and quiet when it's time to rest!
Pip has grown up on a property and hasn't had much experience with the big wide world outside of this. Pippa has met her neighbour's dogs and happily greeted people as they jog past the property. She doesn't seem phased by much and isn't afraid of storms or other environmental things that could startle her at home.
In her new home, Pippa would love someone to take her training to the next level. She is the type of dog that would enjoy the brain exercise of structured learning and is a joy to work with.
Pippa has lived with large and small dogs as well as two cats. These cats are very dog savvy, and Pippa would likely do well living with a similar feline with a proper introduction. Pippa is a large girl for her breed and doesn't always realise her size when playing with smaller dogs. She can be bossy, so she would be best suited to a mellow dog around the same size. A smaller dog may also be okay if they are friendly but confident and have the type of character to be on the same level as Pippa and enforce some boundaries. A meet-and-greet is a great idea to ensure all household pets are happy!
Pippa is being reluctantly rehomed as her owner is moving to a smaller property where they cannot take their dogs.
Could loyal and loving Pippa be the right match for your household?

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
