Beautiful girl Vonnie is looking for a family to call her own.
Vonnie is a routine girl and enjoys spending time going for walks with her humans (she walks beautifully on lead). She is an energetic and very playful girl, and her favourite activities include chasing the ball, chewing on sticks, playing with her toys, getting endless pats and having a daytime snooze in a shady spot under a tree.
Not only is Vonnie a very pretty girl with the cutest puppy dog eyes ever, she is a quiet dog, but will let you know if someone is at the gate. Vonnie is currently only dog in the foster house, and she doesn’t mind being on her own. She is a friendly girl, so with a slow introduction she has a potential to get along and share her space with other dogs.
Vonnie is a very obedient dog but will need her family to be committed to keeping her training ongoing as she still has lots to learn about the world. She has been around children but is better with older children as she does still get excited sometimes and may accidentally knock young children over.
She might be sometimes still a little timid in new surroundings, but she is a keen learner (very food driven) and with positive reinforcement and consistent training she will become the most loving, well-mannered and obedient companion.
The ideal home for Vonnie will be one where she is allowed to be inside the house with her humans; and where she will be loved and respected for the great dog that she is. Once settled in a home, Vonnie is going to be the most loyal dog in the world to the family that is lucky enough to adopt her.
