About Minnie
This beautiful little girl was surrendered when her owner moved house and couldn’t take her animals.
Minnie is a dear little dog who has missed out on a lot of fun things life has to offer, by living a really sheltered life. On arrival into foster care she was very timid and scared of all the changes she was experiencing. However, I have found slow and steady does win with Minnie, and as she has settled in, her personality is shining through more and more. She is my little shadow, trotting along one step behind me everywhere.
Yesterday, she and I went to town to a coffee shop with my friend - and Minnie loved it! She strutted along in her harness, had a lovely time sniffing out all the enticing smells and then relaxed on my lap in the sunshine.
At my home, she has slotted in beautifully, using the doggie door to go inside and out as she wishes, and toilets outside. She sleeps all night and gets on well with the other dogs.
Minnie is now eating well (she was super fussy at first) and loves her little doggie treat when we return from our daily walks.
She has always lived with other dogs and cats.
She travels well in the car, after a short whinge.
Please note our location is Moree, northern NSW and if you are the successful adopter you will need to drive to collect her.
