About Sydney
*In foster care in Strathfield, Sydney*
Sydney is a little ball of fluff with a lot to say! She loves to demand pats from her favourite people, and thoroughly enjoys her daily brushing to make sure her gorgeous long coat stays knot-free.
An affectionate and sociable kitty, Sydney adores the company of her foster family - spending most of her time around them and often joining in the conversation :) She's definitely not just a pretty face!
Like all Maggie's pets, Sydney is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be with a lovely person, couple or family who'll spend plenty of quality time with me. If you're retired or work from home, that would be purrfect!
I require daily brushing and I do shed quite a bit, so my humans will need to commit to keeping my coat beautiful, soft and healthy.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: As a mature lady, I tend to laze around most of the day and sleep all night. I do sometimes get bursts of energy and do zoomies around the house, but not too often!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Gentle children who know how to handle cats respectfully are A-OK with me!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I used to live with 2 dogs and 3 other cats but I wasn't that fussed on any of them. I quite like being the center of attention on my own in foster care but a home with another chill dog or cat would be ok too.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
