About Flossy
This lively, outgoing little girl is FLOSSY, an Australian Terrier born on 31 October 2022 and weighing just 4.4 kgs.
Aussie Terriers are widely regarded as excellent companion dogs, watchdogs and family pets.
Small and sturdy, they are super smart and were originally used as working dogs, so they can run and jump very well.
They are inclined to be busy little dogs and love to have a role in life, whether that's being the best companion dog they can be, alerting the household to intruders, chasing away mice or participating in obedience and agility trials.
But most of all they are great fun and are gifted with loads of personality.
Flossy has been in care just long enough to be desexed, microchipped and vaccinated, so she's still going through the settling in period. However, she is true to breed and will make a delightful companion for an active person or family.
She is dog-friendly but untested with cats.
Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time - Flossy loves human company - and it would be a bonus if there was a compatible canine in residence because she also loves to romp and play.
Secure fencing and plenty of opportunity for exercise and mental stimulation are essential.
If you are interested in meeting this lovely pup and can offer her a suitable, safe and loving forever home, PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
Flossy is available for interstate adoption.
Medical notes
Flossy was desexed on 1 August 2023 and has received a C3 vaccination.
