About Ragnar
Victorians - Your turn!
We are still looking URGENTLY for the perfect home for Ragnar from Melbourne.
His story in short:
In 2020 Ragnar's original owner had multiple intact male boxers and they kept attacking Ragnar. Eventually he contacted us, we offered our help...
but didn't hear back...
Fast forward to 2021 - Ragnar ended up in the pound... From there he was adopted out to his current owner.
2023:
Unfortunately due to a serious medical condition she is unable to care for Ragnar anymore. On walks it appears Ragnar became protective of his mum and combined with her being unable to handle him properly he is currently confined to a life in an unit.
Ragnar does not cope with being inside an unit all the time, he needs a home with a backyard, someone prepared to take him for walks and to be just living a happy life.
His ideal home:
Ragnar would love a home where someone is around a lot because that is what he is used to. If there was a female dog of similar size, pending a meet and greet he may be a good playmate - no male dogs please due to his bad experiences in his past. Cats - sorry, no.
Ragnar is suited to a home with older or no children.
Does that sound like you or someone you know? Then here is the link to apply:
