Meet Piglet!

Piglet came into the shelter as a stray with his 3 siblings. He and his siblings were all a bit scared of humans but are learning that humans can be friends and most importantly, servants, to bring them food.

The boy with the softest fur and the biggest lion paws! This shy boy can take a bit to open up so don't be offended if he decides to have a little hiss to begin with as once he gets to know you, he loves receiving pats despite how much it may look like he doesn't. Piglet also enjoys smooching against your leg especially if he knows it's nearing food time. His absolute favourite toy is a ping pong ball, he can have hours of fun.

If Piglet has another cat friend in the home, it will really help him come out of his shell. He can get overwhelmed with lots of people present and doesn't like being picked up but with some time and patience, he may come around.

Piglet has had surgery to remove his eye due to long-term cat flu and to improve his quality of life. Piglet would prefer to be approached from his good eye as he can get spooked when people suddenly appear from his right side.
