Tora - 4 Month Old Border Collie (Trial)

Tora is 4 month old, female, Border Collie puppy with a heart for a nose showing what she has to offer. She is an energetic playful pup who loves human affection. She can be found running laps with her foster pups in the back yard or laying by her foster families feet.

Tora is learning basic commands and hops in her bed when asked and will be a very quick learner with toilet training well underway.

Tora is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. She has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. She's met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with them. Tora particularly enjoys playing with her human foster siblings in the back yard chasing them around and getting belly rubs.

Tora will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.

It would be a big plus if you have a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Tora. If you don't have another dog to keep her company, then there needs to be someone in the household that doesn't work full time.

Tora needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 5 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).

Tora’s adoption fee is $1000 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.

Tora is in foster care in Belmont North, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she's 5 to 6 months old.
