SWEET DAISY!
- Daisy is a sweet young girl who, once settled in a new environment, will approach you for pats and lap snuggles.
- She adores her carer's young Grandson and spends most of her time with him in his room. She puts herself to bed at night with him and sleeps in her own bed on the end of his bed.
- Daisy likes a quiet environment - she enjoys watching the birds from the windows and sitting in the sun in the mornings. Also like her toys and drinking the fish tank water!
- She's a bit of a foodie, loves her meat and gravy. She is a very neat girl with her litter tray.
- Daisy is not a fan of other cats and tolerates her carer's dogs who ignore her. She would be best suited in a home with no other pets and children over the age of 5 years.
If you would like to meet Daisy, please complete the application form at https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=zm1493&method=online_form_html&formid=9
Our adoption process includes a two week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee of $275 includes desexing, microchip (including transfer of ownership), vaccination, flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on ""best fit"" for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
