About Maude 10978
Maude is a stunner from way back and she can be a little shy & timid at first. So she will need a home with an owner that has experience owning cats previously.
Her new home needs to be indoors only, a calm and quiet environment, and if there are children they need to be cat savvy and over 10 years old.
She is not suitable to go home where dogs are present, but she is ok to be rehomed with other cats.
Maude is independent, easy going and despite her lacking some confidence she is very affectionate once she feels comfortable. She loves food, treats and soft (and) string toys.
While she doesn’t like to be picked up, she does love a good head and ear scratch, and loves to rub on everything and everyone.
Maude is a very sweet cat who needs a patient owner who can work with building her confidence, and go slow with her.

Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
How much does it cost to adopt?
The adoption fee for dogs covers C3 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
The adoption fee for cats covers F3 vaccination, health check, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
