About Julia
Julia can ultimately be described with one word...
Sweetheart!
She is highly affectionate, she likes to request pats and will roll over for belly rubs. She is happy to be held, and she is a professional biscuit maker. She loves kneading
Julia is great with dogs and would be suitable for a home with a gentle, cat-friendly dog, or a cat who is similarly gentle and accepting of other cats.
She came to us after appearing at someone's house as a stray, she wasn't desexed or microchipped, but sadly it does appear that she has been very well-loved a she is so affectionate and wonderful with people.
She would make a beautiful companion, we're all so fond of her and love going in to cuddle her. She is comfortable being held and very smoochy. She will definitely be a lap cat.
She must be indoor only as she is completely white, and a high risk for skin cancer if left outside to roam. She could have access to a shaded courtyard or cat enclosure, as long as she is not able to escape.
Adoption details
Please direct messages to Rosie, our kitten adoption officer. Please provide as much details about your home and family as possible. We are a very busy vet hospital, so we prefer no phone calls :) Thank you.
IMPORTANT: All cats and kittens adopted out from Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital MUST go to either an indoor-only home, or a home with a suitable cat-proof outdoor area or enclosure. Our mission is to make Sydney a better place for cats, their families and our precious wildlife. That means responsible re-homing. We want our cats and kittens to go to the safest, most loving of homes. We don't want them exposed to risks such as getting hit by a car, dog attacks, cruelty from people, injury or death from cat fights or dog attacks, or contracting infectious disease. We want them to live a long, happy and healthy life with their families; safe from harm :)
Please note we do not hold kittens - it's a first in, first served basis once we have reviewed your application and invited you to meet the kitten.
