About Frank - 4 Month Old Great Dane X Mastiff (Trial)
Meet Frank!
Frank is a sweet, curious and handsome boy. He has a wonderful sense of adventure with eyes that will melt your heart. Active, smart and affectionate, Frank is a beautiful boy who deserves a forever family to give him the best life he deserves. Always ready for some fun and action, Frank is your boy.
More about Frank – he sleeps in his crate all night, loves his play time and food. Frank is doing extremely well with his toilet training. Since coming into foster care, Frank is learning house rules and growing into a smart strong boy.
Frank and his brother Duke have the best time playing rumbles and chase – they could go together if someone is looking for an instant dog family. Due to his background, he has minimal exposure to the real world and other dogs, however in his foster home he lives with his brother and a 5 year old Groodle foster sister.
Frank will need a caring family to educate him, show him love, continue teaching him boundaries and give him the best life he deserves.
Frank summary:
*Importantly needs someone home more often than not, or a friendly adult dog or both
* Highly recommended to continue crate training
*Needs to be welcome inside – part of the family
*Ongoing training and socialisation is a must for his new family
* Will need to be returned at 5-6 months for desexing at a DRN approved vet
* Untested with cats and pocket pets
* Requires secure fencing and space to run
Frank's adoption fee is $700 which includes desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Frank is in foster care in Maitland, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he's 5 to 6 months old.
To apply to meet Duke, please fill out our Adoption Questionnaire https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt. If you have any questions, you can send an email to loveablerescue@outlook.com
