About Bill
Laid back 8 year old tuxedo boy Bill is looking for a forever home where he can chill in his senior years.
Born on New Year's Day 2015, Bill is the litter brother of adopted IWaG hound, Bob and has had the affectionate nickname Old Bill most of his life.
Old Bill enjoys squeaky toys, loves treats and will lean in to give you a greyhound hug once you start patting him. While he has been okay with the younger children he knows, he is looking for a home with adults and dog savvy older teenagers only.
He appreciates a walk each day and some yard zoomies, but as an experienced house hound, Old Bill will then happily spend the rest of the day snoozing in the loungeroom.
Old Bill has lived as an only dog and can be left alone all day to relax in comfort. He tends to ignore any barking dogs he encounters on walks, although he will say a polite "hello" when introduced as long as they don't lick his face! He's been frightened of the cats he's met.
He has some sleep startle that is easily managed by saying his name to get his attention before approaching him. He doesn't jump, isn't bothered by storms, the vacuum or lawn mower, can walk up and down stairs and enjoys car travel.
Old Bill is looking for a quiet home with a calm routine, where he can enjoy walks, treats, pats and sleep. He is microchipped, desexed, vaccinated and has just had a dental check-up and clean.
