About Twiggy
Twiggy is a lovely girl who unfortunately likes to chase kangaroos and when you are only 12kg it isn't a very safe idea.
TWIGGY is a very sweet and gentle.
She is obedient (except when there are kangaroos to be chased), well behaved and loves people and other dogs. She has not had experience with cats.
Twiggy loves nothing better than to curl up on a couch with her family and be cuddled.
She is exceptionally on the lead, but she loves to be taken somewhere that she can be let off for a good, fast short run everyday and then back to the couch.
She definitely needs to be an inside dog as she feels the cold. She comes complete with her coats.
She is being rehomed as her one issue is that the owners can't stop her from chasing kangaroos and, as they live in the country, she would have to be locked or tied up and that's not the life they want for her. A life in town would be more suitable. She already has a large scar on her side from where she ran into wire whilst chasing a kangaroo.
She would suit either an older person, as she is very easy and peaceful to be around, or a family with older children as she is a bit intimidated by toddlers and very young children who are rough with her.
She is a great little companion, friendly and loving and a pleasure to care for.
Twiggy's adoption fee includes desexing, vaccination, microchip, worm and flea treatment.
