Howard came into care from a very unfortunate situation, but that hasn’t stopped him from being a super loving and affectionate cat. When he wants a cuddle, he will happily sit in your arms like a baby and rest his paws on your shoulder.
He adores human company and will do well with someone home a lot or with another kitty he can be friends with. He loves his food and can be a little bit of a night owl.
