Tuck is 35kg of handsome - his red coat sparkles in the sunshine and is as smooth as velvet. His big boofhead, caramel eyes, soft ears and long legs are model-like. Despite his large size and young age, he is surprisingly well behaved. He is toilet trained, crate trained and has some good basic obedience and will be an amazing dog once he matures.

He love dogs, almost too much 😅 in Tuck’s world every dog should be playing with him at least 60% of the day, the other 40% is for snoozing on the couch and playing with his toys. He is dogs > humans and this means he is very easily distracted by his resident doggy foster brother when he should be concentrating on the human. As a hallmark of the breed, he is strong-willed and stubborn but with treats in hand, he’ll do anything you ask.

He is a very expressive boy. A typical teenager, if you tell him off, he will bark back at you and he’ll start asking when dinners ready from 4pm. He walks perfectly on a nose halter, travels well in the car and loves going on adventures. This big boy has no stranger danger and happily welcomes everyone into the home with a lick and tail wag.

You’ll never feel alone again when eating dinner as he will sit and stare at you the whole time hoping for a morsel, if he deems it a particularly tasty meal, he’ll be drooling puddles in anticipation.

The ideal home for Tuck would either be with a large/XL playful doggy friend to keep him occupied when you are gone or a pet free home with active owners who are around a lot. His owners should be dog experienced and be able to provide him with leadership and boundaries or you risk this intelligent dog walking all over you.
