Tennyson

Tennyson (Tenny) has been in foster care for 10 weeks, learning how to 'cat'. This quirky little guy is a four on the floor type of chap. While he doesn't particularly enjoy being picked up, he is super happy to jump up on the bed or lounge next to you and snuggle in. Food is a very important part of Tenny's life and he will come running for those creamy treat sachets (you know the ones we mean). And cheese. He loves cheese and has wrestled our big dogs for cheese crumbs. He won! Not a particularly athletic type (probably all that cheese), his idea of fun is to snooze in the sun, watch the world go by from the window, or to watch TV - so if you're after a Netflix snuggle buddy, he has you covered. Don't forget to bring the snacks! His favourite toys have been little stuffies and ping pong balls, but his absolute fave at the moment is a plastic bottle lid - so he's cheap to keep. Loves his wand toy, but only when wiggled on the floor like a snake - that sends mild-mannered Tenny into murder mode. He can seem a little shy at first, but once this sweet boy knows you, he loves ear scratches (right one preferred), chin scratches, and will even roll for a belly rub or give you a high five. He has been big buddies with our house cats and is BFF with one of our big dogs, so perhaps a companion would be good. Tenny hasn't met any littlies as yet, but we're sure he'd be fine with older children ...
