About Sideshow Bob
BARC have 7 beautiful Blue heeler x Harrier pups!
Before given us a call to book in for a meet and greet please read more about these beautiful pups...
Harriers are loving and amiable but also tend to have an independent nature, and they can be stubborn. Training takes consistency, patience, and an understanding of scent hound temperament. They respond well to calm, loving, but firm leadership.
The Blue Heeler dog is extremely alert, intelligent, watchful and courageous. Highly trustworthy and reliable, they have a tenacious sense of duty. Loyal to their owners.
Between the both breed these pups will be highly trainable and super loyal but also super loving!!!
Training will be required and highly recommend for these beautiful pups as it is important for them to learn some manners and basic commands!
Pups are great with other dogs and would be best suited to a home with another dog so they can not only have a friend to play with but also so they can socialise, if you have friends or family with other dogs then it would also be good to have these pups around them also.
Full of energy and ready to love...
To book a meet and greet with Sideshow Bob please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
