My name is Bella and I am affectionate, playful and love attention. I can be a little shy at first but once I am comfortable, I warm up quickly and then my tail wags nonstop. I love cuddles, squeaky toys and playing chasey with my carers. I am very popular when meeting new people due to my gorgeous looks and floppy ears, everyone loves to say hello and tell me how beautiful I am. ππ
I am still young and absolutely LOVE to chew squeaky toys, I have not had the best start to life and sadly have already had to experience the pound environment. I was tied to a pole out the front of the pound with no food or water, I was thin and so scared! I am a gentle girl that loves cuddles and affection and have finished growing now. I have so much of the world to see and will love to be your new adventure buddy!π‘π
I love my toys and love to run around squeaking them. Puzzle toys involving food (like kongs, lickimats, enrichment bowls) make me super happy and help exercise my brain. I will happily ignore all the other dogs at the pound and love to play with my people and my toys. I could easily be rehomed with another dog if she/he is dog friendly desexed and well socialised. With any new pet addition its crucial i have slow proper introductions with a friendly dog that is happy to share its owners and show me the ropes on how fun playing with other dogs can be!π₯³π¨βπ©βπ¦βπ¦

The fist point of contact is to call the animal rehoming officer on 0439357051. We simply ask normal questions about your home life and what sort of lifestyle you can provide for the pet. Once you have had this conversation we usually will book in a meet and greet at the facility.
If the meet greet goes well the rehoming officer will book the animal in at the local vet clinic for their vetwork to be complete. The rehoming officer will then drop the animal off at the clinic that morning and you will be contacted by the vet staff when the animal is ready for collection later that afternoon.
Prior to collecting your animal from the vet you must text through your full name, email, residential address and contact number to the animal rehoming officer.
Your information is then passed onto council staff at the front office and you must complete the microchipping paperwork and also pay the animals adoption fee prior to collecting the animal from the vet. You will complete this paperwork and pay the fee not at the pound but at the Griffith city council office at 1 Benerembah St, Griffith NSW.
