About Kinley
Our gorgeous girl Kinley is now ready to find her forever home! Kinley is the perfect example of how loyal dogs are, as even though she was almost starved to death, and dumped at a rural pound she is the most affectionate girl with the sweetest temperament. You could not ask for a more loving dog.
Kinley has slowly been putting on the weight she desperately needed and is enjoying all the creature comforts of foster care. She is currently living with 6 other dogs ranging from puppies to older dogs and gets on with them all brilliantly. She is very good at reading other dogs behaviours. She is playful with the dogs who want to play and respectful of those who don’t want to interact. We feel this girl would love to share her home with another friendly and confident dog with her new family. She is the perfect of mix of get up and go, and then relax at home. This girl is becoming a regular at the local fenced dog park and gosh she can run! She is definitely the fastest dog in the park. She spends her time having a stretch of the legs, matching play styles with other dogs and having a good sniff of every corner. Kinley has also attended some social pack walks and we are so impressed! She is walking well on the lead, happy to continue to follow the handlers guidance around other dogs and distractions. Walks can be fast paced or a stroll to have a sniff. She is up for any adventure and is a star in the car!
Kinley is an extremely loving (almost too much) dog that always is right by your side with the biggest smile. It will make any heart sing looking at her happiness. She is always happy to see you and will throw a welcome party for your home arrival. She is super sweet and loves all the attention, but most of all are tummy rubs! She will roll over at any opportunity for the good rubs. She is a fantastic movie date and will snuggle up on the lounge and enjoy a big smooch – she will take any opportunity to give you a lick of love! I wish I had this girl flexibility, she is a contortionist and her long legs bend in all different ways for rest time. Kinley has found her love for toys and you will find her happily trotting around the yard with a ball or soft toy in her mouth. And when she is not playing she is lapping up the winter sun in such regal poses.
We don’t think Kinley had a lot of love prior to ending up in an outback pound but she is gaining confidence. She is currently living in quiet suburban Sydney, so if she is to move to a busier area, her new owners will need to gently introduce her to the busier lifestyle. She is not suitable for off leash (unfenced) lifestyle as even though her recall is getting better, for her safety she is best kept on lead unless on private property.
Kinley is learning some basic training and house rules. She is house trained and crate trained, sleeping peacefully in there overnight. She is an easy pleaser at meal time and will be happy with anything you're serving. She is such a good girl she even make nail clipping a breeze. She can sometimes be a typical young dog and needs to be reminded not to jump up on people or on the counter. Kinley will require a family who will continue her education, which will be a great bonding opportunity for handler and dog. She has moderate energy levels and would absolutely love to be included in family adventures.
She doesn’t ask for much, but in return gives endless love and loyalty. We feel a calmer environment will be easiest for Kinley to adjust to, so a home with no crazy kids will suit her best. Kinley will require a dog experienced home where she is allowed inside as part of the family and have someone home more often than not- at least while she settles in. She should have a warm and comfy bed to sleep in inside of a night and given a good amount of daily exercise to keep her happy.
Kinley is not only stunning to look at but has a heart of gold. Her neglected days have come to an end and it is now her time to find the perfect forever family to show her all the good things life has to offer. She is a gentle girl, who with a little more exposure to the world and some basic training will flourish into the perfect family dog. If you think you can offer a home that will provide Kinley with the opportunity to experience true family life, what she should have had from the start, then head on over to our fetching dogs website and fill out an adoption enquiry form found on our website as the next step. Please include details as to your previous dog experience and the sort of lifestyle you can offer Kinley.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
