Richard and Lourdes

Every lamb has their own unique personality and Richard (male) and Lourdes (female) are no exception. With this delightful pair, however, their personalities took a little longer to emerge. On arrival both boys were very quiet and withdrawn. They seemed to sense in each other a similar fear of what was ahead of them and soon became inseparable. Their fear was unfounded and very slowly Richard and Lourdes began to come out of their shells. Now they are feeling more confident in their new surroundings, we are seeing that they are gentle boys who quietly go about their day mostly keeping to themselves but doing so together. We are glad they have found each other because their friendship and how they rely on each other is heartwarming to watch. They may never be the outgoing, confident lambs that many others are but it is good to see after so long that they are finding their own way in life and finding it together.
