Larry is ready & waiting for his forever home! This little furry bundle of joy would be the perfect match for someone with prior experience with dogs, as he requires a patient and understanding owner to help him blossom into a well-round dog.
Larry is incredibly versatile and can adapt to any kind of household, whether it's bustling and lively, serene and peaceful, or adventurous and outdoorsy.
Due to his playful nature he has the possibility to thrive in the company of children of all ages and is excited to share his love with them.
Although Larry is social and open to meeting other dogs, he may initially be a bit unsure around larger dogs. However, with slow and gentle introductions, he will build his confidence and develop lasting friendships with his fellow canines.
While Larry's interactions with cats and other small pets are unknown, he could learn to coexist with them in the right environment. His new home should ideally offer free access to both indoors and outdoors, with a medium to large yard equipped with secure fencing to allow him to explore and play safely.
One of Larry's most endearing qualities is his comfortable temperament. He is friendly, outgoing, and loves to interact with humans. He craves human attention and will be the perfect companion to share your affection with.
As a puppy, Larry's energy levels are high, and he will benefit from daily exercise and walks. Taking him on outdoor adventures and giving him plenty of playtime will keep him happy and content. He walks well on a leash and only pulls when overcome with excitement.
Larry is a smart cookie, already mastering the "sit" command. With post-adoption training, such as group classes or training at home, he will become even more obedient and well-behaved. Plus, he is highly food motivated, making training sessions a fun and rewarding experience.
When not playing or going for walks, Larry loves to lounge on the bed and relax, and he is always up for some playtime with soft and squeaky toys.

Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
How much does it cost to adopt?
The adoption fee for dogs covers C3 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
The adoption fee for cats covers F3 vaccination, health check, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
