About Judy
Judy just came back from a short holiday with a foster carer so we could learn more about her. It has given her the confidence boost needed to let her settle down ready to find her forever home.
Judy is an enchanting young cat with a heart full of love to share. While she may initially appear shy, don't be fooled - Judy has a tender soul that quickly forms strong bonds with her human companions. Once she feels safe and comfortable in her new home, you'll find that she'll become your most loyal and devoted shadow. She's the type of cat who'll curl up on your lap, nuzzle your hand, and make you feel like the most cherished person in the world. Her foster carer has quickly fallen in love with her!
But that's not all - Judy is also a playful bundle of energy. Once she's comfortable in her environment, she becomes an enthusiastic playmate. Interactive toys, feather wands, and chasing balls are some of her favourite activities. Her fascination with these toys can also work to your advantage - and you can lead her places you need her to go with the flick of a wand. Once she's settled in and feels secure, she's quite the chatterbox. She'll meow, purr, and trill to let you know about her day, share her thoughts, or simply engage in a lively conversation with you.
Judy is also an avid observer of the world outside. She adores sitting by the window, watching birds and the world passing by. Her fascination with the outdoors adds a touch of wonder to your home.
Approaching Judy with the intention of catching her from the ground may not work. She's turned it into a playful game of "catch me if you can," choosing her moments to surrender and accept affection. If she is on the couch, bed or cat tree she will happily accept being picked up and cuddled.
We are so so proud of how Judy has done in Foster Care and we know she is going to make a beautiful addition to someones family.
Judy's Ideal Home:
- Judy would thrive in a calm and loving household where she can feel safe and secure.
- She would do well with patient and understanding adopters who can give her the time she needs to adjust and build trust.
- A home without young children or rowdy pets would be best, as Judy tends to prefer a peaceful environment.
- Someone who enjoys spending quality time cuddling and petting their feline friend would be an ideal match for Judy.
