About Hobbes
Sweet Hobbes can be a little reserved at first, but give him time to settle and he will be your loving companion.
A busy household will be too overwhelming for Hobbes reserved nature. So, a quiet home with a safe space for Hobbes to settle into first would suit him best.
We are not too sure how Hobbes would be with other pets in the home, but we do know slow introductions is a must.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
