Turbo 🥎 Pug x Jack Russell (On Trial)

Turbo is a Pug x Jack Russell, only 3 years and 5 months old. He is full-of-beans and has a big personality! He loves everyone he meets and would like to say hello by leaping onto your lap and isn’t shy about giving kisses 😍. When he’s not playing, he is sweet and affectionate.

Turbo absolutely loves going for a walk. He walks nicely on a harness and lead and enjoys investigating all the fascinating scents.

🥎Turbo loves to play. He’ll chase a ball or toy and bring it back; he also likes to play tug. He would be happy to have another little dog as a playmate. He is living with 3 other little dogs in foster care and gets along very well with them. If you don’t have another dog then you could arrange for Turbo to go on play dates or for dog friends to visit him.

Turbo might knock over little children so he’s not suitable to live with children under 12. He hasn’t been tested with cats. He isn't a nuisance barker. He loves food and treats. He’s good in the car.

Turbo is an inside dog. He is house trained. He hasn’t had any formal training so can’t be let off the lead yet. But he is young and can learn lots of new things. You could teach him or take him to a class.

Turbo was surrendered due to an unfortunate change in his family’s circumstances. He had been well loved and looked after.

He is fine left at home alone inside for part of the day but not all day. So, we're looking for someone who doesn’t work full time outside of the home.

Turbo has a shiny black coat with a white blaze on his chest and one white paw. He is a little tank and weighs 9.5kgs. He has been vet checked and is healthy. He is healthier than a purebred pug because he has a longer nose so he can breathe and pant normally. He has an adorable underbite and curly tail. His birthday is 17/1/2020.

✅ Turbo’s forever person(s):
* will take him for a brisk walk every day,
* will let him sit on their lap and give him lots of love,
* doesn’t work full time away from home,
* is young enough to be able to care for him for the rest of his life,
* has no children under 12.

Turbo is in foster care in Belmont, NSW (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle). ⭐️He is only available for adoption within NSW and ACT.

Turbo's adoption fee is $600 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas, worms, vet checked, and microchipped.
