A loyal loving girl who wants to be your best mate

Jordan is a bold, curious, intelligent and sassy girl who emjoys exploring nature and discovering new things.
She loves any game that involves using her clever little mind including food puzzles, games and searching for her food.
She absolutely loves to learn and has already mastered, sit, spin and gentle also working on down, stay and wait. She is food motivated and will thrive with further training. Agility or flyball would make her very happy!

She is excellent with children and shares her foster home with other dogs and a cat.

Jordan is crate trained but much prefers to curl up and sleep with her older brothers on their calming beds. She loves to snuggle on the couch and under the doona if you let her. Being part whippet, she feels the cold, so requires a household who will allow her to sleep inside and give her a warm jacket in winter. She also travels well inside her crate.

Toilet training is nearly perfected and she has been using a doggy door.

Jordan will suit an active and loving household, who will engage with Jordan, stimulate her natural instincts, and include her as one of the pack/family. A household that has an older dog she can learn from, someone who works from home and can be around often, and is motivated to continue her training, will be highly regarded in the application process. A knowledge of working dogs and/or sight hounds will also be considered beneficial.
