Emily

Please meet Emily, a sweet-natured, petite and gentle Fox Terrier x Kelpie pup born on 19 December 2022. She weighs just 11.2 kgs.

Emily is a very human-focused girl and would make a loyal and loving companion for a retiree or a home-based worker. She gets on well with other dogs, but provided she can be with her beloved humans nearly all the time, she would be fine as an only dog.

She is very much an inside-outside dog and is house-trained. She puts herself to bed in her crate at night.

Super quiet by nature, her foster mum has never heard her bark, which makes her ideal for a townhouse or smaller suburban property.

Gentle and submissive, Emily rolls onto her back when you approach her and enjoys a belly rub or scratch.

She can be frightened by loud noises and hates the vacuum cleaner, so would probably do best in a quiet, calm household. She's had no exposure to children and is untested with cats.

Once settled in her new home, she will grow in confidence and her playful, charming personality will quickly emerge. Given her breed mix, she will benefit from moderate exercise and backyard play.
