About Miley
Introducing the beautiful Miley! Miley is a domestic short hair born 4th December 2018.
Some of you may remember our beautiful mumma Miley, who had clearly had some sort of trauma to her face, most likely from being kicked. She had two small babes with her & she was very protective of them. When she was brought in we were told she was feral & would most likely need to be euthanised. Within 5mins of coming in however, we determined that to be not true. We took her to the vets to have her injuries seen to & she immediately climbed on to Tahnee's lap for some gentle cheek scratches.
Miley has a tendency to give love bites. She's not doing it out of aggression or actually biting, but she can be a mouthy girl. We even considered calling her Nibbles when she first came in.
Miley is very affectionate, playful & just a sweetheart in general.
Miley is currently housed with her children, but has been socialised with other cats while at the facility & they have gotten on very well. She can be protective of her kittens if other cats are around & she has chased off cats who come in to say hello to them.
Miley would be happy living with other cats or being the spoilt "only child".
Miley has shown signs of NOT enjoying the company of dogs & has terrified many of our adoption dogs while doing their cat testing. Because of this we feel she is best suited to a home with no dogs.
Miley is litter trained and would make a wonderful addition to most families.
Miley is such a gorgeous girl and she will be rehomed to a family who are willing to keep her as an inside cat only.
If you think you could be that furever family for Miley, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Miley's adoption fee is $200 & this includes her desexing, vaccination and lifetime registration. She is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Miley is currently located in East Maitland.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
