Meet Amelia! This Tina Turner look-a-like of the cat world is looking for a calm and settled home with an older cat to play and sleep all day. If that is your house, and your dream is a fluffy cat that likes to warm your lap, then read on about Amelia - she's simply the best!

Amelia is calm and composed. She is a typical cat in that she likes to take her time to get to know new people before deciding that they are her friends. After a few days of patience, and you have Amelia’s trust, she will turn on her impeccable cat timer and will always decide to sit on your lap just before you are due to get up.

No hot water bottle is required; Amelia is better and won’t go cold. She maintains her medium/long hair well and will let you brush it, but her tummy is her domain - that's the area she will look after without help!

If you are working from home, she will check in to say hello many times during the day. If you are out during the day, she will wait at a window for your return. Soft toys intrigue Amelia; she will carry them around in her mouth and keep herself occupied for hours, busy shifting them around the house.

Amelia loves her food, and it is suspected that she turns into a quiet cat burglar in one of her nine lives if food is left unattended. Amelia gets 10/10 for litter usage and sleeps through the night independently or behind her human legs for warmth, comfort, and the quickest possible access to breakfast when that time comes.

This stunning little floof loves quiet indoor life. She gets along well with her foster feline friends. She communicates well when she wants to tell them she is taking a break from play. Therefore, Amelia would suit well to a home with the older cat to play, snuggle up with, and sleep all day long.
