About Koda the Pug
🐾❤️🐾 SE QLD - MEET OUR GORGEOUS KODA BOY 🐾❤️🐾
Koda is 6 years young and ready to find his fur-ever home. Is it yours?
This one is best told in Frank's words. Frank is Koda's foster daddy and if you don't help him out, he might have to move in too 😉😊
From Frank:
We like to give nicknames to our pugs & rescues, 'Sammy the Seal' was the 1st that came to our minds when we met Koda as he has long white whiskers and big black eyes and due to his bad teeth at the time he had breath like a seal! 🦭😬
Now that he’s had the veterinary overhaul, Koda is now the 'Cuddly Koala' or 'Wally the Wombat' as he waddles his way around with beautiful fresh breath!😜
He is so affectionate, loving and loyal, he loves a rough cuddle complete with nice big tongue kisses!😂
He can be a bit needy & is a great companion dog & loves to be with you by your side a lot! Like a velcro pug! ❤️
His eyesight and hearing are compromised and he can get lost and disoriented easily but he’s a good boy and responds to commands when he can hear you.
He’s toilet trained & can use a doggy door 🚽🧻
He’s not a typical desperado puggie piggy with his food as he will walk away to see where you are to his demise as the other vulture pugs are ready to swoop in when he walks away 🤣
I could quite easily be called a foster failure AGAIN & keep this beautiful boy myself but I’m already pushing the limits way to far with my partner Sandra with the 3 we currently own. So, as much as it hurts to let this guy go, I am not quite ready to move out with him 🤣😝😛
He would be fine with other pugs and small dogs and no problem at all with children.
He struggles on some stairs but is getting better he is usually fine going down but still a problem sometimes getting up. So a one-storey home would be better suited.
He is a good walker on & off lead as long as he is supervised as he can wander off in the wrong direction by mistake.
He might cry a little as will I when he leaves me , but with lots of love and affection he will soon settle in.
He has been a pleasure to look after & I will miss my boy when one of you lucky people adopt him 😢
If you think you can take Cuddly Koala Koda into your care, please fill in application with lost of detail.
You might have to give the big ol' softy Frank a hug and a shoulder to cry on at the meet and greet, but having Koda join your home will be so worth it 😉
Medical notes
Koda has received a clean bill of health.
He would benefit form ongoing eye care (daily drops). Further details will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.
