Dougie is looking for his quiet retreat style home, somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of suburbia.

Dougie has had a long journey with us and needs someone dedicated to helping him feel safe and secure. Dougie is doing extremely well in foster care with the help of his amazing foster family.

Dougie is very dog friendly and could live with another dog as long as they are confident and social. This may help him be a braver pup with new people and enviornments.

Dougie's new family will need to be adults only who are happy to keep his world small and not have him in busy environments. Due to some trauma, Dougie does struggle with people coming in and out of his house.

Dougie's adoption includes an hour consult with our qualified behaviour trainer to set his new family up for success and help him settle into his new home.

We also provide ongoing post-adoption support to help you and your new pet develop a great relationship! Please note the following: We do not take applications for animals over the phone, as we are a small team and are trying our best to be fair to all applicants while creating the best outcomes for our animals. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days, and will confirm with all applicants once we have an adoption meet booked for the animal. All of our meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Craigieburn, and all going well you will take home your pet on the day of the meet.
