NOTE: You are unable to meet Sasha until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Sasha in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.
What I need in my new home:
• Regular walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with other dogs
• A cat may be ok with a slow introduction.
• I like both friendly male and female dogs
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• Lots of love and attention
• A family that will love and care for me during my twilight years
• I appeared scared of cats when meeting them at the shelter however once my confidence around them grows I might be more inquisitive. If going to a home with a cat they must be dog savvy and we must be introduced slowly.

Things that I don’t want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• No young children as I can be a bit shy in new situations and with new people and little ones may accidently scare me. Older children who will be involved with my training should be ok.

My best features:
• Wiggle butt
• Highly food motivated.
• Gentle & placid
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog.
• I appear housetrained, although it is unknown if I was allowed indoors as I arrived here as a stray, I may have accidents as I’m getting used to my new place.
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans.
• I walk well on lead.
• Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs.
• Social butterfly
• I love attention, hugs, kisses & head scratches.
• Well mannered
• Love to snooze on the couch.
