Nala

Meet Nala - a female mixed breed who came into SAFE's care at 8 weeks of age due to her family's rental arrangements changing.

Nala is a cute little furr ball with lots of puppy energy. She's got lots of sass and a voice to match.

Don't let Nala's little size fool you - she's very staunch and won't be pushed around by bigger dogs. She is currently living with an 8 month old retriever puppy who she loves to play tug of war with. They also like to relax together, doing some sun bathing.

She knows to potty on the grass and loves to sniff and explore. She is definitely food driven and is eager to learn. She is still learning sit and stay but it's a slow process.

Being a puppy, Nala is still going through her chewing and playing phase so will need an owner who is patient and willing to teach her the ropes. Puppy training would be great for her.
