About Max
"Hi, my name is Max and I am a very smart boy. In fact, I have a PhD in learning tricks and my mind is as sharp as lego piece when a human steps on it. You know the feeling...
I am particularly good at showing off my tricks when delicious treats are involved. I know how to sit and drop and I can shake hands like a furry businessman, closing an exclusive deal for 1 billion yummy treats.
People make me so happy and I would even be happy for little humans to be in my new home if you have any. I try to reduce the delay between delicious treats being presented to my kind self and consumption of those treats so I am sometimes a little bit snatchy with them. But when they are oh so delicious, I don't think you can blame me. I am still working hard to learn 'gentle'.
I think I would suit a home where humans are home more often than not.
I have also been working on my socialization skills with other animals and I have been improving so much. I am still best to be an only dog at the moment so I can settle in and get all the attention possible. I may possibly get along with cats with a very slow and proper introduction. If I sound like I might be the dog for you, have your people call my people and I'll be waiting here with my tail wagging." - love Max
