About Freya *On Trial in Her New Home*
*ON TRIAL IN HER NEW HOME* Freya is a very special girl who has had a massive journey already in her short 7 months.
Days after coming into our care, Freya started displaying symptoms of Parvo and only through the quick thinking and action of her foster mum, who rushed her to our vets, Freya was able to make a full recovery and is now thriving, growing and ready to find her forever home!
Being 7 months old, Freya has the typical energy of a young dog who will require ongoing training to ensure that she continues to grow into a fantastic dog with great manners.
She loves nothing more than a snuggle. Want a couch buddy to watch Netflix with? She's your girl! Want someone to hang in the shed with, she's your girl!
Freya loves people, kids (older kids as Freya can be a little jumpy at first) and gets on well with other dogs. Bonus, she’s good with cats too!
Freya has been crate trained and would benefit from an inside/outside home. She'd
love a home with another dog for company.
As she came from a Rural NSW Pound, her breeds are a mystery, we were lead to believe Wolfhound x Staffy, the only true way to determine her breeds would be a DNA test.
If Freya sounds like the pooch for you then please download and complete a SARG Dog Adoption Application here: https://sarg.net.au/adopt/
Medical notes
Freya is desexed, C5 vaccinated, microchipped and wormed.
DOB: 22/12/2022
Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
