Sophie is a very sweet little girl. She is quite shy, but will allow you to pick her up for cuddles. She is being fostered in a house with children, dogs and five other cats, and whilst she tends to keep to herself, she tolerates their company.
Sophie likes her food, and is a perfect lady with her litter tray. She would be best suited to a quiet household, and looks forward to meeting someone who can continue giving her the love she deserves.
MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, F3 vaccination, flea and worm treatment, microchip - including the transfer of ownership - and sterilisation at 6 months of age at a SAFEapproved. vet clinic. Please ask for a list of clinics.
ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please complete a SAFE Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen kitten/cat is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. If a meet-and-greet is then arranged, we will email the adoption paperwork and payment instructions to you prior to this. Please note payment must be made before adoption trial starts and we are unable to take cash payment.
Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen kitten or cat is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
If adopting a kitten under 6 months old, one of the following approved vet clinics should be selected to arrange sterilisation of the animal by the age of 6 months. This is included in the adoption fee:
Blair St Vets, 72 Blair St, Bunbury
Busselton Vet Hospital, Busselton
Ninth Street Vet Clinic, Harvey
Halls Head Small Animal Clinic - 12 Peelwood Parade, Halls Head
Caryn Vet Hospital, 1/4 Wisteria Parade, Edgewater
Kingsley Veterinary Hospital - 66 Creaney Drive, Kingsley
South Metropolitan TAFE Vet Clinic - Hayman Rd, Bentley (during semester)
Swan Veterinary Hospital - 14 Runyon Rd, Midvale
Albany Vet Hospital, Albany
Swans Vet Service, Esperance
Please ask us for more information on arranging sterilisation of your pet if you live outside the Bunbury area.
