Letti

Meet Letti, affectionately known as Letti Spaghetti by her foster carer. This adorable foster dog is a unique blend of Staghound, Wolfhound and Kelpie. Letti's endearing personality shines through, as she is incredibly sweet and affectionate.

Letti's favorite activities include chasing a flirt pole, engaging in a spirited game of tug with her humans, and rolling over for belly scratches. She adores curling up with you for a cuddle, making her the perfect companion for cozy evenings. Chilling on your lap is her favourite spot of a night!

She has a similar energy to a greyhound! So mental exercise will be the key to tiring her out! Coupled with a couple of short walks a day, and she will be happy as!

Letti can be a little unsure of new things but she warms up quickly once she realises there is nothing to be worried about.

She would be best suited to a home with no other dogs; even though she is dog friendly, as a tiny pup she wasn't taught how to interact appropriately and can be a little over the top, getting over excited and snappy when playing. If she was placed in a home with another dog, that dog would need to be very tolerant of rough play.

Letti would prefer someone who is home more often than not. She is currently learning to be left alone for longer amounts of time (currently happy alone for 3-4 hours) and this would need to be continued in her new home. She will need a home with high secure fencing, as sometimes she thinks she's a bit Superman and likes to leap things in a single bound!

Letti is an absolute joy to have around. She is fine with children though we would recommend they be over 6 years old and dog savvy as she is still excitable and may unintentionally knock a small child over. Her sweet nature and loving personality will undoubtedly bring happiness and warmth to the right home. Depending on your location, Letti's carer who is a qualified dog trainer has offered to help with her continued training while she is on trial.
