About Stinger
Please meet STINGER, a handsome and clever Kelpie/Cattle Dog pup born on 20 May 2023.
Stinger is an active, intelligent, playful and affectionate young pup. A well-behaved boy, Stinger is house trained, enjoys car rides, knows his manners at the dog park, and even enjoys trips to the vet - though this might be because the vet gives him tasty treats!
He lives happily in a home with primary school age children and other dogs. He doesn't have a hunting drive and isn't fazed by the resident chooks or birds. Though untested with cats, his calm nature lends itself well to a household with felines, with proper introduction of course!
He has good recall and is learning to walk nicely on a lead.
Stinger's foster mum describes him as "a really easy going dog with a big heart who will make a wonderful companion". He loves everyone he meets, dogs and humans included.
Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time and there is another compatible dog for Stinger to play with. Secure fencing and plenty of space to romp and play are essential.
If you are interested in meeting this lovely pup and can offer him a suitable, safe and loving forever home, PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
Stinger is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
