Eli is an energetic, bouncy, young man who is looking for an owner to help build his confidence and who'll understand he'll likely need support moving into his forever home. Eli came into our care from a large group of pets and so he's probably missed out on that important socialisation. Understandably he's a bit fearful of the big wide world. He can become easily overwhelmed in new environments and when meeting new people. Eli's doing well on his lead training but can still become overwhelmed at times. He'll need to meet other dogs at time of his adoption. Eli would likely benefit from having another dog who is well established in the home to help his confidence grow while he settles in. Older children rather than littlies in the home would be best. Eli is looking forward to being a part of your family soon.
