About Dory - 9 Month Old Shar Pei X
This petite little lady is Dory.
Dory is a sweet-tempered, loyal and gentle girl who has grown out of the puppy stage and is ready to be a big girl with her new family.
Dory is always eager to please and has learnt her basics really quickly. She is toilet trained, fantastic on a lead and is a breeze to walk. She is also crate trained and sleeps quietly through the night. Dory is also very well behaved when she is at home while her people go to work and will be suitable for full time workers if she had a doggie friend to keep her company.
This little sweetheart can be shy and timid around new people and environments at first, but she does quickly warm to you and will look to you for guidance and reassurance when trying new things. She will then give anything a go. She is also very well behaved out and about and will sit quietly while you enjoy your brekkie at a cafe.
Dory is a true cuddle bug and is happiest when she is with her people giving out endless cuddles and following you everywhere like a little shadow.
Dory is also suitable for a family with young children as she is extremely gentle and does not jump up. She is also the perfect kid size. She will make a wonderful addition to any family.
Dory has had fantastic socialisation with dogs of all ages and sizes and would love to live with a doggy friend. Dory was also exposed to cats at a young age and could potentially live with a feline friend, if given a proper slow introduction.
If you have been searching for a gentle, cuddly, fun loving girl then you have found her.
Dory is in foster care in Wallsend, NSW and is available for adoption interstate. Dory’s adoption fee is $600 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.

(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family
member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
